We dig dirt and know that every garden lover’s dream starts with this miraculous dark material. If you love soil as much as we do and you’re passionate to learn about regenerative soil efforts, our compost class is just the thing for you.

This hands-on workshop is led by our head gardener, Alex Bosman, who will share all his secrets on how to make several different types of compost through the selection of different types of materials and ingredients. The aim of the class is to better understand different soils and where to apply the different types of compost between the annual and perennial plants in your garden. By the end of the day, you’ll better understand the use of compost as a tool to support the fertility of your soil and how carbon is cycled by nature.

Steaming coffee from the Lekker Room is served upon arrival.
Lunch in the Spice House is included.
