Bottling and Labelling Operator

Babylonstoren has an exciting opportunity for a bottling and labelling operator to join the cellar team.

Requirements

• A completed National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12).
• 3-5 years’ experience working on GAI machinery.
• Valid forklift licence would be advantageous.
• SKOP (Senior Cellar Assistant Training Programme) (1-3) would be advantageous.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the winemaking process.
• Detail orientated and trustworthy.
• Must be able to work in a team and also complete tasks independently.
• Must have own transport.

Responsibilities

• All tasks relating to bottling and labelling.
• Assist with general stock management (applying the FIFO method).
• Assist with packing of daily orders (local and international).
• Setup of machinery.
• Maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
