Ticket Office Manager

Babylonstoren has an exciting new position for a ticket office manager to join the welcoming and inquiry office team.

Requirements

  • A completed National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12).
  • Experience in the administration of bookings would be advantageous.
  • Willing to work overtime if required.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and lead a team.
  • Accurate, thorough and organised.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Familiar with administration and hospitality systems.

Responsibilities

  • Daily email correspondence.
  • Handle bookings via systems such as Acquity, Resdairy and Symphony.
  • Team management.
