Babel Cookbook 2nd Print
September 23rd, 2013Exactly a year ago we launched our first cookbook, Babel. From the overwhelming response to this cookbook, we have gone into a second print run in the English version with a more detailed section on Babylonstoren wine.
On the farm our goal is to produce simplicity. This is also what we aim to achieve in our cellar, ensuring every bottle of Babylonstoren wine stays as natural as possible and true to the slopes of the Simonsberg Mountain.
