Copywriter

Calling All Storytellers! We’re looking for a talented and experienced copywriter to join our marketing team in the heart of the Cape Winelands. If you're a meticulous wordsmith with a passion for premium produce, wine, all things green and growing, and hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a copywriter.
• Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Passionate about food, wine, nature, farm life, and hospitality.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (written and verbal).
• Track record in luxury brand building is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate on multi-platform marketing campaigns.
• This is a full-time, on-site position in Simondium. Remote applicants will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging copy for e-commerce newsletters, META ads, and marketing materials focused on fresh produce, farm products, recipes, wine, hotel and spa offerings, farm experiences, and workshops.
• Write product copy for food and wine labels.
• Blog posts and press releases.
• Website copy.
• Copy for ad hoc print items.
