Retail Warehouse Assistant

Requirements

• A completed National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12).
• 2 - 3 years’ proven warehouse experience.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Good communication skills (Afrikaans and English).
• Knowledge of the food and beverage, fresh produce or retail industry would be advantageous.
• Experience with luxury item handling would be advantageous.
• Valid forklift licence would be advantageous.
• Detail-orientated and hard-working individual who can multitask.
• Reliable and trustworthy, with sober habits.
• Availability to work on weekends, public holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Stock receiving and storage.
• Stock picking and order consolidation.
• Perform general stock control operations in the warehouse.
• Participate in regular stock takes.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols.
• Perform general warehouse duties.
• Assist with quality checks at receiving.
