Join our gardeners and chef for the morning harvest in our kitchen garden, which is planted with a variety of seasonal vegetables and edible flowers. Take your pick from the freshest salad leaves and see where we wash and pack all our produce before they find their way to the restaurant. Join our Babel chef, Schalk Vlok ,for a hands-on salad-plating demonstration that transform our garden harvest into a range of fresh, gloriously colourful salads for lunch.
