Following a short ride along the picturesque slopes of Simonsberg, we’ll descend towards the historical farmyard of Soetmelksvlei, which represents a time when life was simpler, and craftsmanship was treasured. Here, Martjie will teach you the art of making these moreish treats.
You’ll learn to make the perfect meringue to top baked wonders and bake your own mini pavlovas and macarons. You’ll also be making various fillings for these homemade sweets.
Steaming coffee from the Farm Shop is served upon arrival. Lunch at the Old Stables Restaurant is included.
