Join us on the farm for a morning stroll through the garden and orchards to revel in the bounty of the season. We’ll head to the chicken coup to collect farm-fresh eggs, which we’ll use to make pasta dough from scratch.

In the kitchen, farm foodie Louzel Steyn will share a few tricks on making and cooking the perfect pasta, as well as how best to pair different pasta styles with different sauces. In this hands-on class, we’ll create a variety of flat and filled pastas to enjoy on the day. Inspired by the bountiful almond harvest on the farm, we’ll also create an accompanying pesto to enjoy with our fresh pasta lunch.
