Make this Valentine’s Day rosy – join cellar master Charl Coetzee and winemakers Klaas Stoffberg and Jeanne Pienaar in making rosé using mourvèdre grapes. Guests will be treated to a behind-the-scenes look at our cellar in full swing in the buzzing harvest season. Try your hand at making wine, from picking and crushing the berries to yeast additions and fine-tuning.

There’ll be a tasting too, of course! First, get a sip of the cloudy mourvèdre must. Guests will also enjoy the final product with a platter pairing in the Babylonstoren Tasting Room.

Steaming coffee from the Lekker Room is served upon arrival.
Lunch in the Tasting Room is included.
