It’s Citrus Month

Taking a walk through our garden this time of year, there is one thing that will capture the senses. It’s the smell of earth blended with hints of citrus – a smell that reminds us that winter is here.

Here at Babylonstoren we love using what is in season on the farm.  We highlight this in the farm shop displays, by dreaming up new tea infusions and making wonderful homemade jams.
