Garden Day 2026

This Garden Day, we celebrate the bounty of the soil and the simple pleasure of growing good, clean food. Our theme, Edible Treasures, puts the productive garden centre stage – a source of nourishment, knowledge and the particular pleasure of eating something you’ve grown yourself.

Flower crowns are, as always, part of the fun, but this year we’re giving them an edible twist. Think berries on the branch, fragrant herbs, edible flowers, exotic vegetables and other treasures from the Kitchen Garden, woven among spring blooms.

Once crowned, wander the garden walkways with live music wafting through the orchards, pausing to taste outstanding Babylonstoren treats, olive oil and wines. Try your hand at fun activities along the way – from a round of cornhole to slingshot and bowling in the Clivia House. There will be plenty to keep little gardeners busy too, plus a photo booth to capture you in your garden finery.

Come hungry, curious and ready to celebrate the green heart of the farm.

Cost: Standard garden entry applies.

Garden Members enter free. Book your Garden Membership online to skip the queue. Children under 18 enter free.
