Join chefs Schalk Vlok and Horrell & Horrell for an intimate sit-down dinner at Babylonstoren, bringing together their individual approaches to food for a one-night-only collaboration.

For this evening, the spontaneity of cooking together gives way to a more considered menu, created around the ingredients that define both kitchens. Produce from the Babylonstoren garden and farm takes centre stage, alongside carefully selected seasonal ingredients, with each course reflecting the chefs’ shared appreciation for honest flavours, thoughtful preparation and cooking with fire.

The evening begins with aperitifs and canapés before guests take their seats for a generous progression of dishes designed to be enjoyed around the table.
