Vlok & Horrel: Unplugged

Join chefs Schalk Vlok and Horrel & Horrel for an intimate Friday night gathered around the fire at the Old Bakery. With no set menu, the evening takes its cue from what the garden, farm and season have to offer, with each dish shaped by ingredients at their best on the day.

Everything is cooked over open flame or in the wood-fired oven, where smoke, embers and heat become part of the flavour and experience. Guests gather close to the action as dishes are prepared and shared throughout the evening.
