Each month, the Babylonstoren garden offers an abundance of seasonal produce. In this hands-on baking workshop, Martjie selects the best of the harvest to create beautiful bakes, from lattice-top apple pie to rustic fruit galettes and fruit tea cakes. Learn how to work with fruit at every stage of ripeness, from rescuing overripe fruit to coaxing out its fullest flavour. Martjie shares practical baking skills, with each guest taking home their own baked goods.
Steaming coffee from the Farm Shop is served upon arrival.
