Blacksmithing Workshop: Forge a Pigtail braai fork

Under the guidance of blacksmith Bradley, forge your own handcrafted pigtail braai fork to take home. With all materials included, you’ll learn the fundamentals of blacksmithing, from lighting the forge and working with heat to shaping metal by hand. Discover traditional techniques as you form, rivet and twist the steel, transforming raw materials into a beautiful braai fork built to last.

Held at the Workshop at Soetmelksvlei, a scenic working farmyard set in the late 1800s. The price includes farm entry, shuttle rides, refreshments, a hearty farm-style lunch in the Old Stables Restaurant, plus a beautifully crafted pigtail braai fork to take home.
