Join us for a hands-on woodwork workshop at Soetmelksvlei, a delightful new excursion by Babylonstoren.
Discover the basic principles of working with wood as you craft a herb planter box for your kitchen table. Measure, saw, join and learn to do professional staining. Keep an eye on our garden gurus for inspiration on what to plant in your herb planter.
From the Babylonstoren ticket office, we take a short shuttle ride along the picturesque slopes of Simonsberg before descending towards the historic Soetmelksvlei farmyard.
Refreshments will be enjoyed during the workshop, followed by a hearty lunch in the Old Stables Restaurant before guests return to Babylonstoren.
