The journey continues to our culinary mushroom room, where conditions are carefully controlled to encourage optimal growth. Back in the workshop space, we’ll demonstrate a variety of recipes that illustrate their remarkable versatility. Learn how to select, clean, store and prepare mushrooms properly – unlocking their full flavour, texture and umami magic in the kitchen.
