Leathercraft for beginners: make your own apron

Join us for a hands-on leather crafting workshop at Soetmelksvlei, a delightful excursion hosted by Babylonstoren. Learn the basic principles and techniques of leathercraft as you measure, cut, punch holes and stitch a leather apron that will last a lifetime. If you’re not crafting this apron for yourself, remember to bring the measurements of the lucky recipient. From the Babylonstoren ticket office, we will take a short shuttle ride along the picturesque slopes of Simonsberg before descending towards the historic Soetmelksvlei farmyard.

A hearty lunch will be served in the Old Stables Restaurant before guests return to Babylonstoren.
